12 Hour Rugby Sponsorship Opportunities
To make this event possible we need your support. There are many ways in which you or your company can help us raise money for these charities. Below are a few specific opportunities that we have identified but if you have any other ideas please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
12 Hour Rugby Event: £1500
- Your name/logo on the souvenir t-shirt of the event and any other merchandise to be created for the day.
- Thanked and advertised in the event program
- Your name/logo on all publicity and press releases
- Thanked during all regional/national media coverage
- Presentation of t-shirt to you/representative during the after match entertainment on the day
- Free entry to the event for you and 20 friends/colleagues
- Commemorative photograph of you & the players
- Free pitch side advertising for the day (material to be provided by yourself)
12 Hour Rugby Team: £1000
- Your name/logo on your teams 30/40 playing shirts which the women will get to keep after the event.
- Presentation of match ball to you/representative during the after match entertainment on the day
- Free entry to the event for you and 10 friends/colleagues
- Thanked and advertised in the event program
- Commemorative photograph of you & your team
- Free pitch side advertising for the day (material to be provided by yourself)
Pitch-Side Advertising: £300
For a Banner + position
OR
If your company has a banner that they would like placed next to the
pitch then a £30.00 donation would ensure its pride of place.
Match Ball: £50
A number of match balls will be needed to survive the twelve hours of rugby.
- Thanked and advertised in the event program
- Presentation of match ball to you/representative during the after match entertainment on the day
- Free entry to the event for you and 5 friends/colleagues
Rugby Equipment: £20 or £30
As anyone who’s played rugby will know, it can be a rough/tough game. We would like to be able to provide at least a first aid kit (£30), and water bottles (£20 per set).
Match Program Advertisement: £15 or £25
A match-day program (A5 booklet) will be created for the event, so how about placing an advert in it to demonstrate your support, and advertise your company at the same time?

Raffle/Tombola Prizes
A raffle and tombola has been organised to take place throughout the event, and we need prizes for this. If you have anything large or small to donate (a holiday for two, day passes to an event or gym, a Christmas hamper, or even a bottle of wine or spirits) then please do - we will be happy to receive them.
Charitable Donations
The simplest (and easiest) way of helping us raise money for our two good causes. £100 would go a long way (and with the benefit of Gift Aid even further!), but any donation will be gratefully received. Cheques can be made payable to ‘12 Hour Rugby’.
